Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was cozy with a super kingsized bed and had a unique character that stood out from typical chain hotels. The bath was a nice touch for relaxation. The service was exceptional, especially from Ella, the manager, who efficiently handled a room mix-up. The location was perfect, in the vibrant Merseyside area close to the town centre. The dining experience exceeded expectations with premium meats offered. The hotel facilities were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel provided a great experience overall with superbly comfortable rooms and exceptional service. The location is ideal if you plan to visit Knowsley Safari park, although it might feel a bit on the outskirts of a busy town. The dining options were good, especially with quality ingredients used, but some items were not included in the price. The facility itself was well-maintained and offered everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers lovely furnishings in the bedroom and a comfortable, super kingsized bed, but the facilities are a bit disconnected. Ella, the manager, was excellent at explaining the room mix-up, and room service provided a welcome drink. The location is good, close to St Helens town centre and in the next-door park. However, some areas could be improved. The dining was not inclusive of Granola, but the quality ingredients offered made up for it. The hotel boasts baby back ribs. The facilities were good overall.
